Production Assembler Job Description This role focuses on assembling electronic products by hand-placing small components onto printed circuit boards and building assemblies in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Work at a designated assembly station, primarily in a seated position, to assemble electronic products Assemble chassis components using a variety of hardware and hand tools. Use hand tools safely and effectively to complete assembly tasks. Visually inspect assemblies and components for accuracy, quality, and proper placement. Read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, drawings, or technical documentation Work Environment The primary schedule is a daylight shift from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There is also a second shift option from Monday through Thursday, 3:30 p.m. to 2:00 a.m. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruffs Dale, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
