Job Description
Job Summary The Seasonal Warehouse Associate supports Distribution Center operations during peak periods and may be assigned to various warehouse functions based on business needs. Duties may include picking, packing, replenishment, bulk inventory, unloading shipments, and preparing corrugated materials. Core Duties & Responsibilities Perform assigned warehouse duties as directed by the Operations Manager or work leader. Pick and pack customer orders by accurately selecting, verifying, and preparing merchandise for shipment. Replenish pick locations from bulk inventory and deliver full cartons to the designated area. Assist with unloading shipments, moving and organizing inventory, and maintaining accurate inventory locations and movements. Cut and prepare corrugated materials and assist with other warehouse support activities. Use handheld scanners and other warehouse equipment as required and when properly trained and authorized. Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas and follow all company safety procedures. Meet established productivity and accuracy standards and perform other warehouse duties as assigned. Job Qualifications Previous warehouse experience preferred. Ability to work in multiple warehouse areas and adapt to changing priorities. Basic computer and mathematical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift 30-50 pounds and perform frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
