Job DescriptionAs a Pharmaceutical Inventory Management Technician, your work ensures the safe, accurate, and compliant handling of medicines and clinical supplies. By maintaining precise inventory records, organizing storage areas, and managing materials with care, you help protect product integrity and patient safety. Every correct count, every properly stored item, and every compliant action directly supports researchers, healthcare providers, and patients relying on these essential products.
Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, document, and store materials per GMPMaintain accurate inventory and perform cycle countsManage drug returns and support sample activitiesRestock supplies and remove expired itemsStage materials for production and provide cold‑storage backupGeneral ResponsibilitiesStay current on safety and GMP trainingFollow SOPs and report issues promptlyComplete accurate documentationSupport team needs, including occasional overtimeWork ConditionsFrequent standing/walkingLift up to 25 lbsUse manual/electric pallet jacksQualificationsHigh School Diploma with 5-7 years of warehouse or inventory experience OR Associate's Degree with 3-5 years of experiencePrevious experience in a GMP‑regulated environmentAbility to follow written procedures (SOPs) accuratelyAdditional InformationThe position is full-time, Monday-Friday, 3pm-11pm with overtime as needed.
