General Laborer (Fabrication Job Shop) 2nd Shift
- 4, 10 hour shifts (training on 1st shift) 18-20/hr Start ASAP Looking for a hands-on job where every day is different?
Join a busy manufacturing team and help keep production moving. You'll work in different areas of the shop, including machines, warehouse, shipping, and packaging. What You'll Do Help machine operators by loading and unloading materials. Count, sort, and stack parts. Package products and prepare shipments. Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the shop. Assist with basic machine operations, including button-push tasks. Use hand and power tools when needed. Keep your work area clean and organized. Work safely while lifting materials up to 50-60 lbs. What We're Looking For Manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or general labor experience preferred. Comfortable working with your hands and learning new tasks. Ability to lift up to 50-60 lbs regularly. Reliable and ready to work as part of a team. Experience with power tools is a plus, but we can train the right person. Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed. Work Environment Manufacturing and warehouse setting. You'll work around equipment such as CNC machines, saws, welders, presses, and other production machinery. Not climate controlled, so temperatures may vary throughout the year. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $16.00
