Job Overview We are seeking a dependable and efficient Loader/Unloader to join our team. This role involves moving and loading goods, ensuring that items are handled safely and accurately. Responsibilities Moving goods and materials within the warehouse or loading area to designated locations Loading and unloading items from trucks, containers, or storage areas with care and precision Ensuring all items are handled safely to prevent damage or injury Organizing inventory in a systematic manner for easy access and retrieval Assisting with inventory counts and maintaining accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments Adhering to safety protocols and company policies during all tasks Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the work area to promote safety and efficiency Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy objects Basic understanding of warehouse or logistics operations is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable with a good work ethic and punctuality Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team Prior experience in loading/unloading or warehouse work is advantageous but not mandatory This role is essential for ensuring the timely movement of goods within our operations.
