This position is open to everyone, including individuals with no previous warehouse experience or those entering the workforce for the first time. No experience is required, and full training will be provided. As a Warehouse Associate, you will help keep daily warehouse operations running smoothly by organizing products, preparing orders, packing items, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will work alongside supportive team members who will help you learn your responsibilities and develop new skills. Sort, label, and place items in their designated storage areas. Pick items from shelves according to order instructions. Pack products carefully to prepare them for shipping or delivery. Check items for visible damage and report any issues to a supervisor. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. Keep warehouse shelves, workstations, and storage areas neat and organized. Follow basic safety guidelines and workplace procedures. Help count products and check inventory when requested. Work with team members to complete daily tasks and meet team goals. Use basic equipment and tools as instructed and after appropriate training. Communicate questions, concerns, or delays to a supervisor. Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.
