Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Warehouse Associate and become a vital part of our fast-paced logistics operation! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, managing shipping and receiving processes, and supporting overall warehouse distribution activities. Duties Assist with order picking and packing using RF scanners and warehouse management software to ensure accurate fulfillment. Load and unload shipments safely using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment. Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management systems, supporting stock replenishment and cycle counts. Prepare shipments for dispatch by packaging products according to shipping & receiving standards, ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Support warehouse distribution tasks by organizing stock in designated areas and managing stock rotation. Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate shipping logistics, track deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies promptly. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including proper use of equipment like forklifts and adherence to international trade regulations when applicable. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software is highly desirable. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment safely; certification is a plus. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail for data entry, order picking, and inventory control. Excellent communication skills to work effectively within a team and support customer service initiatives. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, packaging standards, and international trade regulations is advantageous. $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
