In this energetic role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inventory, operating heavy equipment, and ensuring smooth warehouse distribution processes. Your proactive approach will support order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and inventory control, all while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Duties Safely operate equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials throughout the warehouse Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to track stock levels accurately Perform stock replenishment, stocking, and order picking activities to fulfill customer orders efficiently Assist with shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipments and preparing items for dispatch Conduct heavy lifting and materials handling tasks in compliance with OSHA safety standards Support packaging, loading, and unloading operations to ensure timely order fulfillment Maintain accurate inventory control records and assist with warehouse audits and cycle counts Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution or manufacturing environments with a focus on inventory management and order fulfillment Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers; certification preferred Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400 systems, RF scanners, and inventory control procedures Mechanical knowledge related to heavy equipment operation and basic maintenance tasks Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to OSHA regulations Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for stocking, picking & packing, shipping & receiving tasks Previous experience in warehouse supervision or leadership roles is a plus Join us in creating an energized environment where your skills make a real impact!
