Job Description
Warehouse Associate Bay State Books is looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing team. If you enjoy staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in keeping things organized, we'd love to hear from you. Schedule Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM What You'll Do Organize and maintain warehouse shelves. Restock shelving with books according to inventory lists. Operate pallet jacks and forklifts safely (training available if needed). Move pallets and inventory throughout the warehouse. Scan books using handheld devices. Keep workstations and warehouse areas clean, organized, and efficient. Assist with inventory movement and general warehouse operations. Work with the team to improve workflow and productivity. What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up every day. Physically capable of lifting 30-50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and moving for an entire shift. Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn. Able to work independently while also being a strong team player. Experience operating a forklift or working in a warehouse is a plus, but not required . We are happy to train the right candidate.
