In this role, you will assist with daily manual operations, support our custom plastics manufacturing and CNC teams, handle thermoplastic materials, and ensure the facility remains safe and efficient.

General Laborer:

Material Handling:

Load, unload, stack, and move plastic pipes, fittings, sheets, and raw materials throughout the shop and warehouse safely.

Shop & Fabrication Support:

Assist machine operators, CNC technicians, and fabricators by prepping materials, sorting components, and packaging finished plastic products.

Facility Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by clearing debris, organizing tools, and adhering to plant safety guidelines.

Instruction & Workflow:

Report directly to the Plant Manager on daily assignments and complete tasks in a timely, safety-conscious manner. Skills and Experience What You'll Bring as a

Preferred Candidate:

Experience:

Prior experience in a manufacturing, plastics, machine shop, or warehouse setting is preferred, but not required— we are willing to train the right candidate!

Language Skills:

Ability to speak and understand English is preferred; bilingual candidates are strongly welcomed.

Reliability:

Dependable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic with a positive attitude.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor throughout an 8-hour shift, as well as lift heavy plastic components or materials as needed.
