Job Description

Job Summary :
This position is responsible for the inbound deliveries, storage, and issuing of all production materials (Raw, Pack and Consumables), as well as responsible for all outbound deliveries.
Responsibilities :
Follow safety rules, wear required PPE, and report any safety incident or accident. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform routine cleaning in the designated area. Ensure correct functioning of check weigher equipment in the designated area. Record inbound and outbound data correctly on applicable forms and systems. Track work orders, finished and semi-finished goods, and material by lot or batch number. Ensure proper operation of machines and systems in designated area, achieving quality targets and production rates. Identify non-conforming material, semi-finished goods, and finished goods. Segregate non-conforming material according to final disposition (for example: re-work, scrap). Responsible for maintaining FIFO inventory within designated areas. Maintain updated and accurate material inventory and locations. Follow SOPs and specifications. Post systematic goods movements Pull and read stock overview in SAP Receive materials in SAP Ship finished goods in SAP Create labels in SAP Support and assist other operation tasks and teams when requested by supervisor.
Skills:
Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. Ability to operate a forklift and hold a forklift license. Knowledge of mass, weight, and volume measuring systems (Metric and Imperial), and proper unit conversion. Knowledge of batch and lot tracking for manufacturing processes. Ability to work at a fast pace with great attention to detail. Ability to operate production system and machinery following applicable SOPs. Ability to work independently or with little supervision. Ability to operate a pallet jack. Ability to use a PC, printer, and handheld scanner. Attention to detail.
Education :
High School Diploma or equivalent. Must have strong background in math & science. 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
