Job Summary
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer orders within a fast-paced distribution center environment.
This position performs order picking, sorting, verification, pallet building, and material handling while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work area. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working on their feet throughout the entire shift.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently using established warehouse procedures.
Operate automated picking robots and other warehouse equipment as required.
Sort products and customer orders according to established processes.
Verify orders for accuracy, quantity, and product quality prior to shipment.
Build and organize pallets for safe and efficient transportation.
Move, lift, and handle products weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with warehouse safety standards.
Follow all company safety procedures, operating guidelines, and quality standards.
Work efficiently to meet daily productivity, accuracy, and order fulfillment goals.
Stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks for the duration of the shift.
Work effectively both independently and as part of a warehouse team.
Perform other general warehouse and distribution center duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements
Ability to repeatedly lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the work shift.
Ability to perform repetitive lifting, reaching, bending, twisting, and material-handling activities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution center environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.
