Office & Warehouse Assistant Active Heating - Brookings, SD Part-Time | 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM | In-Person Active Heating is looking for a dependable, organized, self-motivated Office & Warehouse Assistant to support our Brookings location. This part-time role blends front-desk customer interaction with light warehouse organization, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly. What You'll Do Assist walk-in customers with a friendly, professional approach Maintain warehouse organization including tidying, sorting, and keeping materials accessible Support technicians by helping locate parts or supplies Handle basic office tasks such as updating customer information Keep the front desk area clean and welcoming Work independently and stay on top of daily tasks without constant direction Answer incoming phone calls occasionally and direct customer needs Schedule Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM Part-time, 30 hours per week or less and with flexiablity Pay $16 to $18 per hour, based on experience Required Qualifications At least 18 years old Able to pass a background check and drug test Strong organizational skills Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Basic computer and office software skills Preferred Qualifications but not required Customer service experience Warehouse or inventory experience Enjoys helping people and keeping spaces organized Clear communication skills and a positive attitude Why Join Active Heating Active Heating is built on teamwork, reliability, and taking care of our customers and communities.
