What We Offer Starting pay:

$16 - $18 /hour plus tips (for drivers) Opportunities to earn additional pay through optional interstate moves or overtime hours. Pay raise within first year if performance metrics are met.

Shift Information:

Schedules available Monday through Saturday. All employees are trained on safe lifting and moving techniques. Opportunities for career growth and advancement. What You'll Do Greet customer upon arrival at location, make a positive first impression (smile, handshake, positive attitude), and complete a walk-through of the premises. Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack, and unpack customers' belongings. Working with a team of movers, load and unload moving truck. Accurately complete paperwork and payment collection. Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck. If you do not currently have a commercial driver's license, you will be trained to drive a commercial vehicle and will be supported in getting your Class C license. What We're Looking For Must be at least 21 years of age due to insurance restrictions. Must possess a valid driver's license with F Endorsement (for driving positions) and a good driving record. Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen. Stamina to lift and carry heavy items (75 lbs. or more) repeatedly while climbing stairs, balancing, walking, etc. Strong problem-solving ability. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience as a non-CDL driver or in general labor, loading, unloading, landscaping, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse helpful. Here at
