Duties Manage inventory control through accurate tracking and updating of stock levels using warehouse management systems and RF scanners Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and other machinery to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently Perform order picking, packing, and shipping & receiving tasks to ensure timely order fulfillment Conduct stocking activities and materials handling with mechanical knowledge to maintain organized storage areas Utilize AS400 systems for order processing, inventory updates, and shipping documentation Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards during all heavy equipment operation and materials handling activities Assist in warehouse management tasks including supervising stock levels, conducting audits, and supporting warehouse supervisors as needed Skills Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse management systems (WMS) Proficiency in operating reach trucks, forklifts, cranes, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely Experience with shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and load & unload operations Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic repairs or troubleshoot equipment issues Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for warehouse safety Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory control and stock accuracy Prior warehouse experience or warehouse supervisor experience is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining safety standards in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating a vibrant workplace where your skills contribute directly to our success! $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
