Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring that all inventory is managed effectively and that products are shipped and received in a timely manner. This position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and heavy equipment operation. Duties Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize discrepancies. Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including unloading materials from shipping containers multiple times per week. Execute picking and packing duties to fulfill customer orders accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards. Assist with materials handling and ensure proper packaging of products for shipment. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Provide support in stocking shelves and organizing products within the warehouse. Task as assigned by manager Requirements Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of warehouse distribution processes. Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and order pickers a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of safety protocols related to warehouse operations.
