Full Job Description Position Overview:

The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, including handling inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring the warehouse stays organized and efficient. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort with physical work, and inventory and data entry experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse. Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy against purchase orders, and inspect for damage. Prepare and load outgoing shipments according to schedules and requirements. Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for easy access and accurate counts. Perform data entry in QuickBooks Enterprise to update inventory records, receive goods, and track orders. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits. Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Forklift experience. Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Experience using QuickBooks Enterprise or similar for inventory and data entry is highly desirable. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
