Pay:

$18.00/ hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders to sales orders, and distributing orders for processing
• Read customer orders, work orders, shipping documents, and requisitions to determine items to be moved, gatd, or shipped
• Monitor daily pickups and deliveries, verify loads arrive on time and in good condition, and validate load data prior to marking deliveriesplete
• Maintain a safe, clean, and accessible warehouse environment while following all safety policies and procedures
• Assemble products and participate in inventory counts as needed
• Take check calls from drivers to confirm delivery status and ensure accurate tracking for accounting purposes

Requirements:

• Basic written and verbalmunication skills and basicputer skills
• Dock or warehouse experience within the transportation or logistics industry preferred
• Experience loading and unloading trailers and using handheld scanners
• Ability to lift, push, or pull at least 75 pounds and safely load and unload trucks
• Ability to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions and critical thinking
• Availability to work assigned shifts and adjust schedules based on freight volume This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Teams and not your local Branch.

Pay Details:
