In this role, you will receive and store incoming materials, prepare finished products for shipment, and maintain accurate inventory records. You will work in a fast-paced, safety-focused warehouse environment using material-handling equipment and inventory systems. This position is ideal for someone with previous shipping, receiving, stockroom, and inventory experience.

Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials while verifying part numbers and documentation Pick, pack, shrink-wrap, box, label, and stage finished products accurately for shipment Load, unload, and move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other approved equipment Maintain accurate inventory records, assist with physical counts, and organize warehouse storage areas Follow established safety procedures, PPE requirements, and warehouse quality standards

Qualifications and Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required Previous shipping, receiving, stockroom, and inventory management experience required Experience with packaging, labeling, material handling, and inventory tracking Basic computer and math skills with the ability to read part numbers, labels, and shipping documents Ability to lift and move items up to 40 pounds ; heavier materials are handled with equipment Forklift certification and experience with material-handling equipment preferred Experience with barcode scanners or warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus Strong attention to detail, reliability, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks for extended periods Steel-toed shoes/boots, safety glasses, and hard hats are required Must be available for weekly overtime and able to start promptly if selected
