JOB SUMMARY

This position is responsible for picking orders, storing and shipping supplies, replenishing inventory locations, packing orders, as well as transacting inventory out of the Supply warehouse.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:30pm

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Physically receives and puts-away merchandise, supplies and printed materials. Picks and packages supplies to fulfill orders. Performs transactions in Oracle as needed. Performs cycle counts. Manifests shipments to James Avery retail stores or suppliers/vendors using shipping applications, including weighing and labeling the package/shipping container. Provides support in other areas and performs additional duties as assigned.

WHAT IS REQUIRED

Ability to safely lift, load and deliver items up to 55lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Ability to apply basic logic and understanding to carry out detailed instructions in written, verbal or diagram form. Strong problem-solving skills. Basic computer proficiency with ability to quickly learn new technology & equipment. Proven ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and manage frequent interruptions. Ability to work a flexible schedule including holidays, weekends and evenings.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in Warehouse or Distribution Center. Courier and/or delivery experience.
