In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of customer assets while efficiently processing and managing secure storage containers within our record center. Your commitment to accuracy and safety is essential to our promise of protecting what our customers value most. What You'll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will: Process and fulfill customer orders by utilizing the Safekeeper system to accurately scan carton barcodes and locations, managing an average of 200 secure storage boxes daily for retrieval or return. Execute all physical logistics, including safely loading and unloading trailers, moving, weighing, sorting, and disassembling items, while safely operating necessary tools and equipment. Ensure compliance with organizational standards and security protocols by maintaining a clean, secure work area and rigorously safeguarding customer information at all times. What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have: One to two (1-2) years of experience in a warehouse, records center, or similar operations environment. Strong knowledge of data entry. Leverages Excel expertise—including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables—and strong analytical capabilities. Able to perform targeted research, paired with excellent organization and attention to detail. Demonstrated track record of adhering to strict safety protocols while performing demanding physical labor, including heavy lifting (up to 60 lbs), prolonged stationary work, and working at heights on 10-foot ladders. High School diploma or equivalent with proficiency in English reading, writing, and communication skills.
