Located in Flower Mound, TX, this full-time role offers a consistent schedule from Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with compensation ranging from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour. Role Overview Our team in Flower Mound is seeking a reliable Material Handler. We are looking for someone who brings practical forklift operation skills and a solid background in shipping, receiving, and general warehouse logistics to support our daily operations. Core Duties Navigate a forklift with precision and care Manage the loading and unloading of freight from transport vehicles Examine, verify, and arrange incoming inventory shipments Coordinate and prepare goods for outgoing delivery Ensure accuracy by cross-referencing shipment documentation with physical stock Transport supplies across warehouse and production zones to keep operations moving Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team Support accurate stock levels by assisting with routine inventory counts Uphold all established safety protocols and organizational standards Required Qualifications Proven track record operating a forklift Demonstrated history in shipping and receiving processes Prior experience working in a warehouse or material handling capacity Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy items as needed Availability to maintain the required Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule Dependable work habits and a dedicated professional approach Capacity to contribute effectively both individually and within a collaborative group Compensation and Hours We offer a pay rate of $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, determined by your specific experience level, during the standard Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM shift.
