Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including inventory control, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. Duties Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and document discrepancies Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling products accurately using RF scanners and order pickers Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery safely and efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records utilizing warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of goods to prevent damage Assist in stock replenishment by stocking shelves and organizing storage areas Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers and preparing shipping documentation in compliance with trade regulations Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock levels using ERP systems like AS400 or MRP software Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall efficiency Skills Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory management software, and ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse equipment Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, logistics, and trade compliance regulations Basic math skills for counting, weighing, measuring, and calculating quantities Data entry skills with attention to accuracy for maintaining inventory records Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers preferred; familiarity with international trade regulations is a plus This position is an essential part of our supply chain operations. Pay:
$23.72 - $28.57 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
