Help Power the Future of Smart Manufacturing Kelly in partnership with Compal Electronics is seeking a safety-focused, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker (ASRS) to support our fast-paced automated warehouse operations in Georgetown and Taylor, Texas. As a Warehouse Worker, you'll work hands-on with advanced automated storage and retrieval systems—including cranes, shuttles, robots, conveyors, and goods-to-person workstations. Your role will help keep inventory moving accurately and efficiently while supporting the technology behind next-generation manufacturing.

Monday- Friday Compensation:

$18/hr What You'll Do Operate automated systems: Use computer interfaces and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to direct automated cranes, shuttles, robots, and material-flow equipment.

Monitor goods-to-person stations:

Work at ergonomic stations where automated equipment delivers materials directly to you—reducing walking, heavy lifting, and unnecessary movement.

Troubleshoot equipment issues:

Clear jammed totes or conveyors, resolve minor technical errors, and escalate more complex issues when needed.

Perform routine checks:

Inspect equipment and work areas to help ensure systems are operating safely and efficiently.

Manage inventory:

Verify stock accuracy, process exception items, and support put-away and picking activities. Maintain a safe, organized workplace: Follow all safety procedures when working around moving robotic and automated equipment. What You Bring Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse software and WMS technology. Strong attention to detail, especially when tracking inventory and processing materials. 3 years' experience in a fast paced warehouse or manufacturing environment. A safety-conscious mindset and commitment to following procedures. Ability to work effectively in a technology-driven warehouse environment.
