Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced distribution team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. This position offers an energetic atmosphere where your contribution directly impacts customer satisfaction and company success. Responsibilities Ensure products are picked, packed, and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed. Meet requirements for safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime as needed. Operate computerized scanning equipment and shipping equipment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA. Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team.
