EAP ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a Material Handler for a fulfillment and inventory operations company which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in receiving, inventory management, and material movement looking to further their career in warehouse and supply chain operations. Receive and unload shipments from carriers, inspect incoming materials per SOPs, and conduct quality control checks Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and turret trucks safely and efficiently Manage inventory data entry, documentation, and receipt closeouts using warehouse management systems Sort, stage, label, and properly store materials and parts according to standard operating procedures Identify and escalate operational roadblocks and support root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS

2+ years of fulfillment center or warehouse operations experience with receiving and inventory functions Proven ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment (PIT equipment) with strong safety awareness and PPE compliance Physical capability to lift 50 lbs regularly and strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving skills

BONUS QUALIFICATIONS

Warehouse/receiving/inventory experience in aerospace or automotive manufacturing Electronic pallet jack operation experience
