Job Summary The Production - General Labor is to take up manual labor tasks and support yard and production operations.

Per Hour Schedule :
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (6am-4:30PM) Essential Duties and Responsibilities Cleaning/dipping/spraying of raw materials for production. Attend all safety and plant production meetings. Execute daily work instructions received from supervisor in a timely manner. Properly count/pull correct materials for customers. Building maintenance tasks such as mowing, spraying weeds, painting, and other duties as needed. Properly prepare materials for shipping. Move and rotate stock materials for production. Responsible for quality checks while performing duties. Operate tools and machinery properly. Assisting the production team with pulling materials and completing work orders. Qualifications Experience with using power tools and material handling with confidence
Physical Demands/Requirements:
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, and carry materials up to 50 lbs regularly. Requires the use of hands, tools, and equipment in an active production or construction environment. Must be able to climb, reach overhead, and operate machinery as needed. Personal protective equipment (PPE) required, including safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, and hard hat as appropriate.
Work Conditions and Environment :
Work performed primarily in production settings and may include outdoor environments with exposure to extreme temperatures (hot, cold), wet or humid conditions, and variable weather. Work areas may include production facilities, yards, or construction sites with varying noise levels and potential exposure to dust, fumes, or other airborne particles. Must be able to safely perform duties in all weather conditions. May be required to work extended hours, weekends, or shift work to meet production schedules.
