We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Delivery Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team at our Leonard location. This is a hands-on position that combines warehouse work with local deliveries. The right person will be comfortable working with customers, handling materials, operating a forklift, and making safe, professional deliveries. What You'll Do Load and unload trucks and customer vehicles Operate a forklift to move and load materials Pull and prepare customer orders Cut materials to customer specifications Assist customers with loading and picking up materials Load and properly secure materials for deliveries Make local deliveries to customers and job sites Safely unload materials at delivery locations Keep warehouse and work areas clean, organized, and safe Assist with other warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Dependable and able to report to work consistently and on time Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work Able to regularly lift and handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs Able to safely load, unload, and handle materials Forklift experience preferred Warehouse, building-material, delivery, or similar experience is a plus CDL is a plus, but not required Professional and courteous when working with customers Safety-minded and able to work well as part of a team Why Work With Us? $17-$22/hour , based on experience and qualifications Consistent Monday-Friday schedule No CDL required Local deliveries Mix of driving and warehouse work—you won't be doing the same thing all day Gain experience in warehouse operations, material handling, customer service, and deliveries Opportunity to learn the business, take on additional responsibilities, and grow within the company Stable, full-time position with a company where you can build a career We're looking for more than someone to simply fill a position.
