RPM Staffing is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Receiving / Material Handler Clerk to join a busy warehouse in McKinney, Texas. This role is responsible for accurately receiving incoming shipments, verifying shipment contents and condition, and ensuring materials are properly recorded and stored within the warehouse. The ideal candidate is organized, safety-focused, and experienced in warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming trucks to ensure there is no risk of contamination Unload shipments and verify contents against packing lists and purchase orders Inspect products for damage, shortages, or overages and report discrepancies to appropriate personnel Prepare receiving documentation and accurately enter shipment data into the warehouse management system Assign storage locations for newly received materials and components Transport materials and products throughout the warehouse using appropriate equipment Meet daily productivity goals and complete tasks efficiently and accurately Maintain valid forklift and pallet jack certifications Follow all company safety policies and comply with OSHA and other regulatory standards

Required Skills & Abilities:

Ability to safely operate a forklift and pallet jack Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 1 year of forklift operation experience required (2+ years preferred) Previous warehouse and safety experience strongly preferred

Physical Requirements:
