Our passion is to be the only medical AV service company our customers will ever need. Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team at ETS. In this role, you will independantly perform all warehouse operations integral to our operations. Your contributions will help us maintain the growing distribution side of our business and to ensure that our service side is able to function efficiently. Responsibilities Perform shipping and receiving of equipment and materials- LTL and ground. Perform inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels and organization. Handle materials safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting as required. Stage orders by picking and staging items accurately for installation. Ensure LTL orders by picking, palletizing, strapping and wrapping for outgoing shipments. Make box truck deliveries or pickups as needed. Scan and serialize all outgoing orders and create packing slips. Operate warehouse equipment such as box truck, van, and forklift as needed. Manage trash and staging areas. Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Requirements Proven experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks safely. Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes is essential. Strong attention to detail for accurate order fulfillment and inventory control. Experience with LTL shipments- incoming and outgoing required. Ability to navigate our internal systems to update customers, update orders, update statuses, etc. These systems are Microsoft Teams, Slack and Mhelp Desk. Experience operating a forklift required.
