Full-Time Job Summary DNT Optics is seeking dependable, organized, and motivated Warehouse Personnel / Warehouse Lead candidates to join our growing warehouse operation. This is a hands-on warehouse position . We are looking for someone willing to actively participate in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory organization, picking, packing, shipping, material handling, and general warehouse duties. For candidates with leadership experience, there is also an opportunity to take on additional responsibility for coordinating daily workflow, helping train warehouse personnel, maintaining inventory accuracy, and improving warehouse processes. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, stays productive without constant supervision, and is willing to step in wherever needed to keep the warehouse operating efficiently. Bilingual Chinese and English communication skills are strongly preferred. Primary Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare customer and dealer orders accurately and efficiently. Receive incoming products, pallets, and shipments. Verify incoming quantities and inspect products for visible damage or discrepancies. Label, organize, stock, and put away received inventory. Maintain accurate product locations and organized inventory throughout the warehouse. Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory counts. Research and report inventory discrepancies. Replenish picking locations from overstock inventory as needed. Stage orders and products for packing, shipping, transfers, or other departments. Prepare outbound shipments and assist with shipping documentation. Load and unload pallets, cartons, and freight as needed. Safely operate pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment when trained and authorized. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Assist other warehouse employees and departments as operational needs change. Follow established warehouse procedures and help identify opportunities to improve them. Help maintain accuracy and productivity during periods of increased order volume. Communicate inventory, receiving, shipping, or fulfillment problems to the appropriate team members. Perform other warehouse and operational duties as needed. Additional Warehouse Lead Responsibilities Candidates with appropriate experience may also be responsible for: Helping coordinate daily warehouse assignments and priorities. Working alongside warehouse personnel while providing direction and support. Training employees on receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and safety procedures. Monitoring order accuracy and warehouse productivity. Helping ensure daily fulfillment and receiving goals are completed. Identifying workflow problems, inventory issues, and operational bottlenecks. Assisting with cycle-count programs and inventory reconciliation. Helping maintain warehouse organization and efficient product placement. Supporting the development and implementation of warehouse SOPs. Communicating operational issues and recommended improvements to management. Helping maintain employee accountability while creating a productive team environment. This is not a desk-only or oversight-only leadership position. Warehouse leads are expected to actively participate in warehouse work alongside the team. Qualifications Bilingual Chinese and English communication skills are strongly preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Experience with picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory organization. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable attendance and ability to work consistently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks. Willingness to perform hands-on warehouse work throughout the workday. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Comfortable using computers, scanners, shipping systems, or inventory-management software. Ability to safely lift, move, organize, and handle warehouse products and materials. Forklift or pallet-jack experience is a plus. Leadership or warehouse supervisory experience is a plus for Warehouse Lead candidates. Preferred Skills & Experience Bilingual Chinese and English communication skills are strongly preferred. E-commerce fulfillment experience. Third-Party fulfillment experience Experience with Shopify, ShipStation, or similar systems . Inventory-control and cycle-count experience. Shipping and receiving experience. Forklift experience or certification. Experience working with palletized and containerized inventory. Experience improving warehouse organization or workflow.
