Industrial Warehouse Technician Location:

Key Responsibilities Use a hand-held scanner to assist with managing inventory counts Work with inventory management systems Accurately pull 40-80 order lines per shift Use label printers and pack orders for shipment and delivery Drive company vehicles on an as-needed basis and deliver orders to customers (based on driving record) Required Experience Must be at least 21 years of age for our company driving insurance requirements Driving record to be in good standing for the previous 3+ years Ability to lift 50+ pounds Must have or be willing to obtain a DOT Medical card Excellent customer service skills with a team player mentality Forklift experience is preferred Having a TWIC card is preferred Compensation Pay starting at $16 per hour Overtime is required weekly during busy seasons Opportunity to be on the Call Out rotation (paid up to $75.00/hr upon completion of training in the role) Quarterly performance bonus (based on individual, team, and company performance) Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) matching Paid Holidays and Paid Time Off Safety boot reimbursement ($80/year) Company-provided uniforms TWIC card paid by the company (if required) Our Workplace Values STS team members thrive in a culture built on: Knowledge & Professionalism
