We are immediately hiring a motivated Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Associate to handle freight staging, trailer loading/unloading, inventory verification, and equipment operation. Our products arrive pre-palletized in commercial sacks and master boxes with minimal repacking required . What You'll DoMaterial Handling & Dock Operations Safely operate sit-down forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and manual pallet jacks to load and unload inbound and outbound freight trailers. Stage, organize, and move palletized commodities across both ambient dry storage and temperature-controlled cold storage zones . Inspect incoming and outgoing pallets for load stability; stretch-wrap, strap, and re-palletize freight as needed to prevent product shifting during transit. Conduct daily pre-operational equipment inspections on forklifts and pallet jacks, reporting maintenance needs promptly to ensure warehouse safety. Shipping, Receiving, & Inventory Tracking Check incoming shipments of boxed goods and sacked commodities against Bills of Lading (BOL) and delivery manifests to verify exact quantities. Stage customer orders accurately in designated shipping lanes ahead of scheduled carrier pickup windows. Assist with routine stock counting, physical inventory reconciliation, and bin organization. Learn and utilize handheld barcode scanners and basic Warehouse Management Software (WMS) to track lot numbers and item locations. Quality Assurance & Food Facility Standards Perform visual intake inspections on incoming boxes and sacks, verifying that packaging is clean, sealed, and free of moisture, damage, or signs of pests. Help maintain a clean, organized, and audit-ready warehouse adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and facility sanitation guidelines. Follow daily facility cleaning schedules, ensuring loading docks, storage aisles, and cooler doors remain clean and unobstructed.

What We're Looking For Work Authorization:

Physical Capability:
