Job Description

At South Texas Brand Collective, we specialize in helping brands connect with customers through face-to-face interactions, product education, and personalized service. By creating meaningful customer experiences and representing trusted brands, we help drive awareness, engagement, and long-term growth. As our team continues to expand, we're looking for an Entry Level AT&T Assistant to support customer engagement efforts and represent AT&T's products and services in a professional and informative manner. You'll interact directly with individuals, answer questions, provide product and service information, and help customers identify solutions that fit their needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist customers by answering questions and providing information about AT&T products and services Communicate professionally with customers to understand their needs and preferences Support customer enrollment, account updates, and service inquiries Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities Collaborate with team members to meet individual and team goals Stay informed on current AT&T products, services, and promotions Provide a positive and professional customer experience Follow company policies and procedures in all customer interactions
Qualifications and Preferred Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent required Strong verbal communication skills Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus, but not required Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn new skills and participate in training Organized with strong attention to detail Reliable and dependable with a positive work ethic Must be authorized to work in the
United States Pay:
$56,850.60 - $67,930.96 per year
