•This is a seasonal warehouse position available from November 16th through December 21st, 2026. We are Manifest.eco, a high-growth, sustainable third-party logistics start-up, shaking up the fulfillment industry by offering eco-friendly logistic solutions for eCommerce brands. Seasonal Warehouse Associates are the ground floor operators of Manifest for our ecommerce merchants and play a critical role in every part of the fulfillment journey. From when inventory is first delivered to our docks to the thousandth shipment fulfilled and counting, our associates are the linchpin to ensure high satisfaction and maintain long-term business partnerships with our customers. Manifest Seasonal Warehouse Associates are people-centric and possess an innate ability to connect on both a personal and professional level with associates. The ideal candidate is empathetic, intuitive, and a born problem solver, even when all of the answers are not immediately clear. Maintaining successful relationships with associates and fellow colleagues is rooted not only in a commitment to fielding customers' requests effectively and efficiently, but also in anticipating their needs and providing solutions to the right people at the right time. Seasonal Warehouse Associates work on-site in our San Marcos, Texas fulfillment center on the ground floor of the action and report directly to the Operations Manager.

What You'll Do:

Pick, pack, receive, and value added services Partner with other new associates to balance labor ensuring that we are operating an efficient shift while meeting all of your goals. Support all safety programs and OSHA compliance to ensure a safe work environment for all associates. Proactively identify and manage process improvement initiatives and Lean tools. Assisting our clients in growing their online success by delighting their customers, on a daily basis. Responsible for ensuring teams are properly trained, and that their needs are addressed so they can focus on their jobs. Other duties/responsibilities as necessary.

What We're Looking For:

1+ years of experience. Successful track record of taking ownership and driving results. Application of a process-driven approach to provide resolutions to customers The ability to self-motivate while being a team player, working toward individual performance goals as well as team goals Candidates that are seeking seasonal warehouse work from 11/16 - 12/21 Candidates able to work weekends from 11/16 - 12/21 Candidates able to work 12 hour shifts
