Position Overview We are seeking reliable General Laborers to support production operations in our box manufacturing facility. This is a hands-on role focused on the safe, efficient manufacturing, handling, and packaging of corrugated and cardboard boxes. The work is physically demanding, fast-paced, and requires consistent attention to safety protocols and production standards. Key Responsibilities Perform general production support tasks including material handling, stacking, packing, sorting, and moving finished boxes and raw materials. Assist with machine loading/unloading, basic assembly line support, and packaging operations. Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all housekeeping and 5S practices. Conduct routine visual quality checks and report any defects or equipment issues to supervisors. Strictly adhere to all plant safety rules, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, lockout/tagout procedures, and safe lifting techniques. Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Perform other related duties as assigned to support continuous plant operations. Physical & Working Conditions This is a physically demanding role. Workers must be able to stand for extended periods, repeatedly lift, carry, push, and pull materials (typically 25-50+ lbs), bend, reach, and work in a noisy industrial environment with varying temperatures. Shift work, including nights, weekends, or overtime, may be required based on production needs. Safety Requirements (Mandatory) Safety is non-negotiable.

All team members must:

Wear required PPE at all times (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, hearing protection, gloves, etc.). Follow established safety procedures without exception. Report hazards, near-misses, or injuries immediately. Participate in safety training and maintain a zero-tolerance attitude toward unsafe practices. Failure to comply with safety standards will result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

Qualifications Ability to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing setting. Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment. Prior manufacturing, warehouse, or general labor experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidates. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well with others. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check (as applicable).
