WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE OPPORTUNITY SPRINGTOWN, TEXAS

Steady Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM; weekend and holiday availability is required , with overtime as needed.
Competitive Pay:
Start between $20-21/hr, depending on experience, and participate in our 4% annual bonus program. We Offer a

Retirement Plan:
100% match on the first 2%, 50% match on the next 4%, plus 3% Safe Harbor and potential profit sharing Main Focus Responsible for repackaging Persulfates and performing general warehouse operations while ensuring safety, accuracy, and compliance with company standards. Duties and Responsibilities Area of Responsibility 1: Persulfate Packaging and Inventory Control Safely handle Persulfates and Organic Peroxides Perform product changeovers and cleanouts on the Persulfate packaging line Maintain accurate inventory of bulk bags, pails, and lids on the Persulfate line Wrap and label Persulfates according to specifications Aid in management of Persulfate and Organic Peroxide waste Train other employees as required Participate in safety and procedure development for the site Area of Responsibility 2: Warehouse Operations and Material Handling Receive and load trucks, including import and export shipments Operate sit-down and stand-up electric and propane forklifts safely Operate yard mule truck and other material-handling equipment Climb ladders and stairs while tied off as required Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for documentation and inventory tasks Ensure work area is clean and organized at all times Other duties as assigned Safety & Environment Wear all required PPE and maintain a proactive safety mindset Participate in safety meetings and comply with all site safety rules and regulations Quality Assurance Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and documentation for all materials Support ISO 9001, 14001, and Responsible Care programs
Requirements & Qualifications Essential:
High school diploma or GED equivalent or verifiable work experience Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly Proficient in math and basic computer skills Ability to climb stairs and ladders and navigate congested sites safely Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed Must understand verbal and written communication Must meet fit-to-work policy and wear required
PPE Desirable:
Chemical handling experience Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent Work Environment Warehouse and plant setting requiring physical activity such as lifting, climbing, and operating forklifts Exposure to chemicals and varying temperatures Key Competencies Safety Awareness Attention to Detail Time Management Teamwork and Collaboration Problem Solving Adaptability Work Authorization United Initiators will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States.
