Duties Lead daily production operations on the assembly line, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely Supervise and motivate team members, managing workflow and promoting a culture of continuous improvement Operate and maintain equipment such as forklifts, power tools, measuring instruments, and hand tools with precision Interpret technical drawings and manufacturing documents to ensure accurate assembly and mechanical work Enforce safety standards in production areas, adhering to safety protocols and lean manufacturing principles Assist with manual handling tasks, including heavy lifting and material movement throughout the facility Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and collaborating on solutions to optimize productivity Qualifications Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (or other relevant languages) for effective team communication Prior experience working in a manufacturing or factory setting, with familiarity in assembly line operations Mechanical knowledge combined with experience using measuring instruments and interpreting technical drawings Hands-on experience with forklift operation, power tools, hand tools, and mechanical assembly Strong understanding of safety standards in production environments and adherence to safety protocols Ability to manage production or assembly teams effectively while maintaining high standards of quality Physical capability for manual handling tasks including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking Join us if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence, safety-minded leadership, and working in a vibrant environment where your skills make a difference!
