- As a Warehouse Colleague, you'll do more than move merchandise-you'll help create a seamless, customer-focused experience behind the scenes.
- What You Will Do
Receiving and Unloading:
- Load and unload cartons and merchandise from and to delivery trucks, conveyor systems, etc.
Sorting and Organizing:
- Lift, carry, push, and pull packages on a continuous and repetitive basis
Processing:
- Timely Complete all processing, receiving, and shipping activities in accordance with productivity standards
Technology:
- Accurately and efficiently input data using PCs, handheld computers, radio frequency equipment, or similar devices while mastering area-specific functions across various systems (including warehouse systems and proprietary systems).
Safety:
- Perform job functions in a safe manner and promptly report any accidents or safety hazards affecting safe operation to the safety committee.
Equipment:
- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks and other equipment as needed.
Team Collaboration:
- Must be able to work collaboratively with other team members to achieve goals and maintain a positive work environment. Must be able to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and People Leaders. Must be able to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.

- Who You Are
- A flexible team player who will thrive in our fast-paced environment who can switch between multiple tasks, and can work various shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- No Education or Experience Required.
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
- Self-starter in adapting quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.
- Proficient in the use of computers and handheld technology.
- Must be able to:
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
- Essential Physical Requirements You Will Perform
- Prolonged periods (up to 12 hours) of standing/walking around the facility or department (excluding breaks).
- Frequent use of computers and handheld electronic equipment.
- Reaching, including above eye level, crouching, kneeling, stooping, pushing and pulling.
- Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50-75lbs.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Ability to hear and see safety/emergency alarms and Power Industrial Truck (PIT) warning devices to ensure safety while on the warehouse floor.
- Supply Chain Only and Colleagues Working in a Supply Chain Facility except in locations governed by a
Collective Bargaining Agreement:
- Random drug testing for all colleagues will be conducted on a monthly or semi-monthly basis, depending upon factors including but not limited to the size of the facility and the number of colleagues on roll.
