Job Description
As Material Handler 1, you will play a crucial role in our Plant operations. Your primary responsibilities will involve the efficient movement, organization, and storage of materials within our facility.
Job Responsibilities:
Move materials between production and storage areas using non-motorized equipment. Inspect materials for defects, quantity, and quality. Locate and move stock to pallets or crates for storage or shipment. Package, label, and process shipments, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention. Load and unload materials for shipping and receiving, verifying accuracy and identifying defects. Utilize hand tools and equipment to prepare materials for shipping, storage, and receiving. Other duties, as assigned.
Education- Experience Required:
0-3 years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment. Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs or more. Accurate and precise in tasks. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace. Ability to work effectively with colleagues. For accurate counting and measuring. Understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
