You'll be: Picking, packing, sorting, arranging, counting, storing, and correctly processing items for storage or shipment according to established procedures and customer requirements Receiving materials and/or finished goods daily, verifying their quality, type, and quantity, and ensuring proper documentation is present Working in various temperature-controlled environments, including room temperature, cold-room, and freezer-room as required Safely operating distribution equipment and following all safety and quality standards Completing required training and adhering to ISO standards related to distribution and quality policy This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a high school diploma or equivalent (required) Possess good communication and customer service skills Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks Have some knowledge of shipping, receiving, and inventory control procedures (preferred) Are able to interpret team metrics and recognize deviations from standard practices Are reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining strong attendance Are comfortable working under general supervision and learning new assignments through structured training What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
