POSITION TYPE
Full time Year-round $15 - $21/hr DOE PTO Summer Work 40+ hours 4 day work weeks, typically Monday-Thursday. We do ask for flexibility on Fridays if we get behind on projects or if we have to move a work day due to weather. Landscape Construction You will use a variety of equipment such as skidsteers, front loaders, and your own two hands to demolish existing landscapes and create new landscapes. The work includes but is not limited to irrigation work, grading, laying sod, mulching, put in gravel, etc. Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional job site Winter Work Snow Removal - Mostly Commercial Using snowrators to clear sidewalks and laying salt Guaranteed 25 hours even if there is no snow Equipment repair and maintenance Hours vary as we work when the snow comes. This makes it looks similar to an on call schedule if snow is predicted. This means weekends and holidays may be required if a storm is predicted. If we don't have snow, we typically work Monday-Friday 6-8 hour shifts. Requirements 6+ months of experience in landscaping, construction, or similar work is preferred Experience with hand and power tools Ability to lift 60 pounds repeatedly and do physical labor daily Willing to work outside in all weather conditions Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation Legally authorized to work in the US Strong Work Ethic Experience with equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, etc) is a bonus.
