October 5, 2026 or later Honu Wear is looking for a creative, energetic Content Creator + Warehouse Associate to join our team! This is a unique hybrid position for someone who loves social media, knows what makes great short-form content, and also doesn't mind jumping in and getting things done. Part of your week will be spent creating content for Honu, and part will be spent helping our team fulfill orders and keep our warehouse running smoothly. We're looking for someone who is naturally creative, keeps up with Instagram and TikTok trends, is comfortable filming and editing content, and can bring fresh ideas to the table.

CONTENT CREATION

| 10-15 HOURS/WEEK You'll help bring the Honu brand and products to life through consistent, engaging short-form content.

Responsibilities include:

Brainstorm and plan weekly content ideas Film short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, ads and other social platforms Edit engaging, polished videos Create product-focused, lifestyle, behind-the-scenes and trend-based content Film team members, products, new arrivals, warehouse moments and other day-to-day Honu content Stay current on social media trends, sounds, hooks and content styles Find creative ways to showcase Honu products and their features Create multiple hooks or variations of content when needed for advertising Work with our marketing team on current promotions, launches and content needs Organize and deliver completed content so it is ready for our social media and advertising teams to use You will NOT be responsible for managing Honu's social media accounts or answering comments/messages. Your primary job is to create great content.

CONTENT PERFORMANCE BONUSES

Great content should be rewarded! In addition to hourly pay, this position will have opportunities to earn performance bonuses for exceptional content . Bonuses may be earned when original content reaches significant organic view milestones or when content used in paid advertising demonstrates exceptional performance, such as becoming a top-performing creative or producing a strong ROAS. Specific performance milestones and bonus amounts will be clearly communicated. When your content wins, we want you to win too.

WAREHOUSE

| 12 HOURS/WEEK Monday-Thursday, 12:00-3:00 PM During warehouse hours, you'll work alongside our team to: Pick and pack customer orders Prepare orders for shipping Receive and organize inventory Restock and maintain warehouse organization Help prepare inventory and supplies for events Assist with other warehouse needs as they arise This is a hands-on position and may include standing for extended periods and lifting/moving boxes and products.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You may be a great fit if you: Spend way too much time on Instagram or TikTok—and consider that a skill Understand what makes someone stop scrolling Have experience filming and editing short-form video Are comfortable using CapCut, Canva or similar creative tools Have a good eye for lighting, angles, composition and aesthetics Aren't afraid to approach people and say, "I need you for a Reel" Can take an idea and turn it into finished content Are organized, dependable and able to meet deadlines Are willing to jump between creative work and hands-on warehouse work Are excited to learn, experiment and try new ideas Professional content-creation experience is not required. We're more interested in creativity, potential, personality and whether you can make content people actually want to watch.

SCHEDULE

This position will average approximately 22-27 hours per week .

Warehouse:

Monday-Thursday, 12:00-3:00

PM Content Creation:

Approximately 10-15 additional hours per week, with some flexibility based on filming and content needs. This is primarily an in-person position at our Pleasant Grove, Utah location.

Anticipated start date:

October 5, 2026 or later. We are willing to be flexible on the exact start date for the right candidate.
