WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Central Utah Food Sharing - Richfield, Utah 20 hours per week, including two hours on Fridays Starting wage: $15.00 per hour Central Utah Food Sharing is seeking a dependable, energetic, and caring team member to support our food bank warehouse and pantry operations across our five-county service area. The Warehouse Associate works under the direction of the Executive Director and assists with daily warehouse operations, including: Receiving, sorting, storing, and distributing food Managing inventory using first-in, first-out practices Maintaining food-safety and regulatory standards Assisting with deliveries and grocery rescue donations Preparing and loading food for partner pantries Working with and providing direction to volunteers Maintaining a safe, clean, positive, and organized warehouse Operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and box trucks as needed Working with donors, grocery stores, community partners, and the Utah Food Bank Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Related warehouse, food service, or inventory experience preferred Positive and professional attitude Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to take initiative and complete assigned projects Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly Clean driving record Ability to operate a pallet jack and drive a box truck Forklift certification preferred; training may be provided Must be self-motivated, dependable, and able to work well with people from many different backgrounds This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with others, staying organized, solving problems, and making a meaningful difference in rural Central Utah.
