We provide dependable freight transportation, cargo warehousing, forwarding, dispatch, and logistics support designed to help businesses move and manage shipments safely, accurately, and efficiently. As our operations continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious Loader to join our team. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys staying active, works well in a team environment, and takes pride in keeping freight organized and moving on schedule. Position Overview The Loader plays an essential role in supporting the daily movement of freight through our transportation and warehouse operations. This position is responsible for loading and unloading shipments, receiving and staging incoming freight, preparing outgoing cargo, moving materials between designated areas, and maintaining organized loading and storage spaces. The Loader works closely with drivers, dispatch personnel, and operations staff to ensure shipments are properly received, identified, staged, and prepared for transportation. Attention to detail is important, as the position also involves verifying shipment information, identifying visible damage or discrepancies, and helping maintain an efficient flow of freight throughout daily operations. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, safety-minded, and comfortable performing physically active work throughout the shift. Previous experience in loading, warehousing, shipping, receiving, or freight handling is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for qualified candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Load and unload freight, pallets, packages, and other materials from trucks and delivery vehicles Receive incoming shipments and move freight to designated staging or storage areas Stage and prepare outgoing shipments according to schedules, destinations, and loading instructions Move freight safely between receiving, storage, staging, and loading areas Verify shipment labels, quantities, destinations, and basic shipping documentation Organize and position freight to support safe handling and efficient use of available loading and storage space Handle palletized, packaged, and other commercial freight carefully to minimize the risk of damage Inspect incoming and outgoing freight for visible damage, incorrect labeling, missing items, or other discrepancies Report damaged, missing, or incorrectly identified freight to the appropriate team member Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, carts, and other approved material-handling equipment as needed Assist with packing, wrapping, securing, and stabilizing freight prior to transportation Organize short-term storage areas and ensure freight is placed in the appropriate designated locations Assist with locating, moving, and preparing stored freight for scheduled pickups or transfers Follow work orders, shipping documents, loading instructions, and established operating procedures Coordinate with drivers, dispatch personnel, and operations staff to support efficient loading and timely freight movement Help maintain an organized workflow during busy receiving and shipping periods Support basic inventory organization and accurate placement of materials within designated areas Keep loading, staging, storage, and general work areas clean, organized, and free of unnecessary hazards Follow company safety procedures, proper lifting techniques, and safe material-handling practices Assist with additional warehouse, freight-handling, and operational duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in loading, unloading, warehousing, shipping, receiving, distribution, or freight handling is preferred but not required Dependable attendance and punctuality Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately Ability to perform physically active work throughout the scheduled shift Ability to stay organized while handling multiple shipments or assignments Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Basic ability to read shipping labels, work orders, and freight documentation Comfortable working around trucks, loading areas, stored freight, and material-handling equipment Willingness to learn company procedures and proper freight-handling practices Strong commitment to workplace safety, accuracy, and responsible cargo handling Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to regularly bend, reach, push, pull, carry, and perform repetitive physical tasks Ability to safely lift and move packages, freight, and other materials Ability to perform loading, unloading, staging, and material-handling duties throughout the workday Ability to work in an active transportation and warehouse environment What We Offer Stable employment opportunity with a growing transportation and logistics company Hands-on training and ongoing support Professional and team-oriented work environment Opportunity to gain practical experience in freight, warehousing, and logistics operations Consistent hands-on responsibilities supporting daily transportation activities Opportunities to learn additional areas of warehouse and logistics operations Potential for increased responsibilities and professional growth Join Our Team At Warehouse Mobile Solutions, LLC , dependable logistics starts with safe, accurate, and organized freight handling.
