We are seeking a full-time Warehouse / Data Entry Associate to join our team. This position plays a critical role in maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse environment while helping manage inventory and online product listings. We work with a large volume of tires and other products, both new and used. Our team receives inventory, organizes and stores products, creates accurate listings, and fulfills customer orders through various online marketplaces. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment. Sort, store, and track large volumes of tires and other merchandise. Accurately pick, package, and ship customer orders. Create and manage product listings on Shopify, eBay, KSL, and other online marketplaces. Photograph products and write accurate descriptions for online listings. Ensure inventory information and product details are entered correctly. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and inventory shipments. Support team members with warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving as needed. Help maintain efficient workflow throughout the warehouse. This is a team-oriented position, and there will be days when everyone's assistance is needed for shipping orders, unloading inventory, organizing tires, or preparing products for sale. Physical Requirements This role may involve active, hands-on work that requires endurance and physical effort at times throughout the day.

Employees must be able to:

Lift and move items weighing 50 pounds or more on a regular basis. Work safely while handling large and heavy products, including tires. Perform repetitive lifting, carrying, bending, and standing. Work in varying environments, including hot and cold conditions. Participate in team lifts when appropriate, although some items may need to be moved independently. Because we work with tires and warehouse inventory daily, employees should expect to get dirty during normal work activities. Qualifications Warehouse experience preferred. Packaging and shipping experience preferred. Online sales or marketplace listing experience preferred. Strong attention to detail. Computer literate and comfortable learning new software. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Self-motivated and dependable. Punctual and reliable. Team-oriented with a positive attitude. Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently. Strong work ethic and personal integrity. Valid state-issued identification required. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, hard-working, and takes pride in producing accurate work. Attention to detail is especially important when photographing, listing, organizing, and shipping products to ensure customers receive exactly what they ordered.
