[Monday-Friday] Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The Warehouse Associate is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and shipping inventory while maintaining a safe and efficient warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable performing physical work in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Forklift certification is preferred; however, candidates who are willing to become forklift certified are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments. Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Load and unload trucks using proper warehouse procedures. Organize and maintain inventory within designated storage locations. Conduct routine inventory counts and assist with stock reconciliation. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Ensure product quality and report damaged or missing inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company policies and safety regulations. Assist with general warehouse and material handling tasks as needed. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience. Forklift certification. Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse equipment. Forklift Requirement Current forklift certification is preferred. Candidates without certification must be willing to complete forklift certification training.
