- Responsibilities
- + Pick, stage, and deliver materials to support production and customer orders.
+ Load, unload, move, and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
+ Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
+ Assist with shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment activities.
+ Perform cycle counts and help maintain accurate inventory records.
+ Verify incoming and outgoing materials for accuracy and quality.
+ Store materials in designated warehouse locations.
+ Utilize scanners, inventory systems, and shipping documents as needed.
+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
+ Support continuous improvement and warehouse organization initiatives.
- Essential Skills
- + Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution, or material handling experience.
+ Forklift operating experience (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, or order picker experience preferred).
+ Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, or shipping and receiving.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Reliability and strong attendance.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Basic computer skills and experience using warehouse systems.
- Additional Skills & Qualifications
- + Experience using RF scanners or warehouse management systems. + Reach truck and order picker experience preferred. + Experience working with inventory audits and cycle counts. + Strong communication and organizational skills. + Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Manufacturing or production support experience is a plus.

- Job Type & Location
- This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.
- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $19.
00 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
