Duties Assist with the assembly, packaging, and transportation of products within the production area Operate basic machinery and tools following established safety protocols Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely to move materials and supplies as needed Maintain cleanliness of workstations and ensure compliance with safety standards in production Use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly at all times to prevent accidents Support inventory management by organizing raw materials and finished goods Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to ensure product quality Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions promptly to supervisors Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently Requirements Proven ability to perform heavy lifting safely and effectively Basic mechanical knowledge or experience in manufacturing environments preferred Understanding of safety standards in production settings, including PPE use Familiarity with GMP guidelines for maintaining hygiene and quality standards Ability to follow detailed instructions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality Physical stamina to sustain extended periods of manual labor This role is essential for supporting our manufacturing operations while prioritizing safety, efficiency, and quality.
