Job Description

Nolato is a global leader in precision injection molding and contract manufacturing for the world's most successful healthcare, automotive, and industrial OEMs. Join an organization that is respected throughout the industry for our advanced technology, quality, and innovation - all while enjoying the benefits of stable ownership, a collaborative culture, professional development, continuing education, global opportunities, and an exceptional benefits package. If you've worked in manufacturing before — that's great. But, no experience is required. More important for us is that you're a good teammate who cares about your work and that you thrive doing physical, fast-paced, and recurring tasks. What will your day look like?
  • You'll work mostly independently to make sure our molding machines are clean, dry, and full of the raw materials we use to make plastic injection molded parts.
This is a physical job and you will be on your feet and moving constantly — including driving a forklift. Whether you're keeping a job running or getting materials ready for the next shift you'll be counted on to accurately tag, identify, and count supplies and materials. As needed, you'll also assist with other tasks like boxing and moving finished goods or serve as backup for production. Once trained and more experienced, as a Material Handler, you should be able to: Get all the material taken care of on your shift and never create extra tasks for the next shift. Have a clear understanding of material management and not make mistakes loading the wrong material or misidentifying material that is being used. Be a respected and active teammate who shows up on time, all the time, for your shifts and is constantly helping others around you. Location
